ተጫራቾች ዋጋ ለሚሰጡበት ዕቃ በሙሉ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ናሙና/Sample/ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ አሸናፊ የሚሆነው ተጫራች ድርጅት ያሸነፈባቸውን ዕቃዎች በሙሉ በሳምፕሉ/ በናሙናው መሰረት ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች በሳምፕሉ መሰረት ያልቀረቡትን ዕቃዎች ተመላሽ ተደርገው አስተካክለው ማምጣት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ የአደጋ መከላከያ ዕቃዎችን ለማቅረብ የምትወዳደሩ ተጫራች ድርጅቶች ጥራት/ኦርጅናሊቲ የምናረጋግጠው የቀረቡ ሳምፕሎችን በቅ/ፅ/ቤቱ ባለሙያዎች የቴክኒክ ግምገማ ተደርጎ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡ ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
