1) የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ቢድ ቦንድ/CPO፤ የጨረታው ቀን ከመጠናቀቁ አንድ ቀን አስቀድመው ወልቂጤ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በአካል ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ 2) ተወዳዳሪ ድርጅት ናሙና (Sample) በተጠየቀው መሰረት በአካል የጨረታ ቀን ከመጠናቀቁ አንድ ቀን አስቀድመው ወልቂጤ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በአካል ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ 3) አሸናፊ ድርጅት ያሸነፈባቸው እቃዎች ዩኒቨርስቲው ድረስ ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ 4) ዩኒቨርስቲው ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊልም የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
