የጨረታ አሸናፊ አቅርቦቱን በመጫንና በማጓጓዝ ሄደት ላይ ለሚፈጠር ችግር ሃላፊነቱን ይወስዳል፡፡ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፍል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ -የጨረታ ዋስትና (CPO) በአካል ጅግጅጋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባችኋል:: የጨረታ ዋስትና (CPO) በአካል ያላቀረበ ከውድድር ውጭ ይሆናል በተጨማሪም ከማህበራት ማደራጃ የሚቀርብ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር ያልተጠቀሰ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡ የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቁልፍ ጨረታ ከመከፈቱ በፊት ሲስተም ላይ አታች ያላደረገ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡ አሸናፊው የሙስሊም እና የክርስቲያን ስጋ የተጠየቀውን ማቅረብ አለበት Bid Security (CPO): Bidders are required to submit the Cash Payment Order (CPO) in person to Jegjga University. Any bidder who fails to submit the CPO in person shall be disqualified from the competition. Bid Security Amount: Any bid security submitted through a cooperative organizing body without specifying the amount in Ethiopian Birr shall not be accepted. Tender Opening Key: Any bidder who fails to upload the tender opening key to the system before the tender opening time shall not be accepted.
