መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት አለው፡፡ ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ (CPO) እና ናሙና (SAMPLE ) ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ በፊት ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ በተጨማሪም የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ (CPO) ሲያዘጋጁ በመስሪያቤታችን ስም Ethiopian Customs Commission Adama Branch Office በሚል ማሰራት አለባቸው፡ NB:- ጨረታዉን መጫረት የሚችለዉ አምራች የሆነ ድርጅት ብቻ ነዉ፡፡
