1 የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ቢድ ቦንድ/CPO፤ የጨረታው ቀን ከመጠናቀቁ አንድቀን አስቀድመው ወልቂጤ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ግዢ ቢሮ በአካል የማቅረብ ግዴታ ይኖርበታል፡፡ 2 ተወዳዳሪ ድርጅት የጨረታው ቀን ከመጠናቀቁ አንድቀን አስቀድመው ለእያንዳንዱን እቃ ናሙና /ሳፕል በአካል ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ 3. አሸናፊው ድርጅት ያሸነፈባቸውን እቃዎች ተቋሙ ድረስ ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ 4. ተቋሙ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊልም የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
