JIGJIGA UNIVERSITY HAS THE WRITE TO CANCEL THE BID FULLY OR PARTIALLY. 1.BIDDERRS MUST BE SUBMIT TEIR PRIVATE KEY NUMBER BEFORE TO THE BID OPENING. 2.WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE CLAUSE THE SUPPLIER PROVIDES A FULL 6 MONTH GUARANTE FROM THE DATE OF FINAL DELIERY AND ACCEPTANCE, COVERING ANY MANUFACTURINIG DEFECT, FAULTY PARTS, OR ECHANICAL FAILURES, WITH FREE REPLACMENT OR REPAR SERVICES.
