ተጫራቾች ሚጠገነውን ግብዓት በአካል ዩኒቨርሲቲው ድረስ ተገኝተው መጎብኘትና የጎበኙበትን መረጃ ማያያዝ አለባቸው፡፡ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ 50,000(ሃምሳ ሺህ ብር) መቅረብ አለበት፡፡ ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን ሙሉበሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
