ቢሮው/መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታው ሙሉ በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የባንክ ጋራንት (Bank Gurantee Unconditional) ማለትም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ ብቻ መስሪያ ቤቱ የሚቀበል ሲሆን ጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በአካል ከመከፈቱ በፊት መምጣት እና ኬይ ሸር ጨረታው እንደተዘጋ በአንድ(1) ሰዓት ውስጥ በሰዓቱ ተጫራቾች ሽር ማድረግ ይኖርባቸዋል ጨረታው በሲስተም ምክንያት የሚራዘም ከሆነ ናሙናን የማቅረቢያ ሰዓት እስከ 11ኛው ቀን ብቻ ይሆናል፡፡ የጋራዥ ስፋቱ በካሬ ሜትር ካርታው ኮፒ ተደርጎ ከጨረታ መስከበሪያው ጋር በአካል አብሮ ይቅረብ፡፡
