Amhara metal industry and machine technology development enterprise /Machine engineering group/ wants to work two construction sites: Bure integrated Agro –industry park-shed and Gonder maksegit integrated Agro –industry park-shed through National competitive bidding. So, the enterprise invites interested contractors of category BC-3 and GC-4 and above fulfilling the following Requirements to participate in the bid.

1. Valid and renewed trade license relevant to the works.

2. Renewed tax clearance certificate for the current year for bidders.

3. Trade registration certificate (tin number).

4. VAT Registration certificate.

5. Bidders should provide photo copy of their original documents listed from number 1 to 4 above to be considered for further evaluation (to participate in the bid) with their original technical proposal.

6. Interested bidders must acquire complete set of the bidding documents upon payment of non-returnable birr.1000.00 from Amhara metal industry and machine technology development enterprise /Machine engineering group/ Finance Directorate office, room no. 31during official working hours, Saturday is our working day.

7. One bidder shall participate only for one lot (multiple award for one bidder shall not be allowed).

8. Bid must be accompanied with a bid bond of 500,000 birr for each lot. The bid bond should be submitted either in the form of C.P.O or unconditional bank Guarantee & valid for a minimum of 120 calendar days from the date of bid opening.

9. Bidders must deposited their technical & financial proposal in a bid box situated at Amhara metal industry and machine technology development enterprise /Machine engineering group/ Procurement Directorate office room number 33 by marking their original & copy with two separate sealed envelopes starting from publication date.

10. Bid closing date will be 21th day starting from date of announcement at 4:00 Local time and opened on the same day at 4:30 Local time in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at the enterprise hall. If the bid opening date is holiday, opening date will be the next working day.

11. The enterprise reserves the right to  cancel the tender, either in the whole or in the part of the bid.
