Qualification Requirements

• በመንግሥት ኤሌክትሮኒክ የግዥ ሥርዓት ላይ በአቅራቢነት የተመዘገበበተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.7 መሠረት ተጫራቹ በመንግሥት ኤሌክትሮኒክ የግዥ ሥርዓት ላይ በአቅራቢነት የተመዘገበ ሲሆን፣Reference: ተ. መ. 34.2 (መ)
• በመንግሥት ግዥ እንዳይሳተፍ በመንግሥት ግዥና ንብረት ባለስልጣን የታገደበተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.4 መሠረት ከዚህ በፊት ከነበሩ የኮንትራት ግዴታዎች ጋር በተያያዘ ምክንያት በመንግሥት ግዥ እንዳይሳተፍ በመንግሥት ግዥና ንብረት ባለስልጣን ያልታገደ ተጫራች ከሆነ፣Reference: ተ.መ 34.2 (ሸ)
• የጋራ ማህበርበተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.1 መሠረት ጨረታው የቀረበው ከጋራ ማህበር ከሆነና ተጫራቹ የጋራ ማህበሩን የመረጃ ቅፅ፣ ማህበሩ የተቋቋመበትን ስምምነት ወይም ደብዳቤ ሲችል፣Reference: ተ.መ. 34.2 (ቀ)
• ህጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድ ወይም የንግድ ድርጅት ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀትበተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ለ) (i) መሠረት ተጫራቹ ከሥራው ጋር አግባብነት ያለው የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ ሲችል፣ Reference: ተ.መ 34.2 (ሐ)
• ህጋዊና ወቅታዊ ታክስ የተከፈለበት የምስክር ወረቀትበተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ለ) (iii) መሠረት የሀገር ውስጥ ተጫራች ሆኖ ታክስ የከፈለበት ሰርቲፊኬት ከታክስ ባለሥልጣን ማቅረብ ሲችል፣ Reference: ተ. መ 34.2(ረ)
• የጥቅም ግጭትበተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.3 መሠረት ከተጫራቹ ጋር የጥቅም ግጭት መኖሩ ሲታወቅ፣Reference: ተ.መ 34.2 (ለ)
• የተሰጠ ዋስትና (Warrantyበአጠቃላይ የውል ሁኔታዎች አንቀጽ 24 በተመለከተው መሠረት ተጫራቹ በድርጅቱ የተሰጠ ዋስትና (Warranty) ማቅረብ ከቻለ፣Reference: 34.4 (ሠ)
• ዜግነትከዜግነት አወሳሰን ጋር በተያያዘ በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.2 ላይ የተገለፀውን ሲያሟላ፣ Reference: ተ.መ 34.2 (ሀ)
• የተ.እ.ታ ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀትበጨረታ ዝርዝር መረጃ ሠንጠረዥ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ለ) (ii) መሠረት የሀገር ውስጥ ተጫራች ሆኖ በታክስ ባለሥልጣን የተሰጠ የተጨማሪ ዕሴት ታክስ የምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት ማቅረብ ሲችል Reference: ተ. መ. 34.2 (ሠ)
