The MOR Mekelle Branch Office has a right to cancel fully or partially the Bid. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና(CPO) በራሳቸው ወይም በህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በአካል በመቅረብ የማስያዝ ግዴታ አለባቸው፣ ተጫራቾች የኤክሳይስ ታክስ ሰርቴፍከት የመኖር ግዴታ አለባቸው፣ አሸናፊ ተጫራች እቃው በአብዛኛው በመቐለ ቅ/ፅ/ቤታችን የሚገኝ ስቶር የማድረስ ግዴታ አለበት፣ በተጨምሪም በኣክሱም ታክስ ማእከል ቢሮ እና በሽሬ ታክስ ማእከል ቢሮ በራሳቸው ወይ እዛ በሚገኙ ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው እቃው የማድረስ ግዴታ አለበት፣
