• መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ ዘዴ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ • ማንኛውም ተጨራች የተጠየቀውን መረጃ ሙሉ በሙሉ ማሟላት ይጠበቅበታል። • ተጫራቾች ጨረታው እንደተከፈተ በአንድ ሰዓት ውስጥ private key (የሚስጥር ቁጥር) የመስጠት ግዴታ አለበት። cpo በአካል ተገኝተው ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል። ውሉ የአንድ ዓመት የሚቆይ ይሆናል፡፡
