Ija Developer Invites National Competitive Bids for Annual Event Organizing Services Categorized into Four Lots (Reference Number: NCB/IJA-005/2019/2026)

INVITATION FOR NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID

REFERENCE NUMBER: -NCB/IJA-005/2019/2026

1. Ija Developer has secured a budget for the annual event organizing service. Therefore, the eligible bidders from the related event organizing who want to compete in the bid can participate in the open bid.

2. The Annual Event Organizing Service are categorized in four Lots

• LOT I: -2nd Round Wanchi Great Run at Ija Wanchi Dandi Ecotourism Destination
• LOT II: -Motorcycle Competition at Ija Wanchi Dandi Ecotourism Destination
• LOT III: -Motor Sport Competition at Ija Langano Resort
• LOT IV:-Cultural Food Show and Music Festival at Ija Wanchi Dandi Ecotourism Destination, Ija Langano Resort and Ija Wabeshabale Resort

3. Hence, interested bidders who can fulfill the criteria, and the following legal documents can participate in the bid:

A. Have license related to Event Organizing from authorized body

B. Renewed trade/business license for 2018/19 E.C

B. Recent Tax clearance

C. TIN certificate

D. VAT certificate

E. Certificate of competence from the Concerned Authorities

F. Other related documents

4. Obligatory to provide bid security of birr 20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand) for Each Lots in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank guarantee in the name of Ija Developer.

5. Bidders shall deliver bid documents (both original and one copy of technical and financial documents) to Ija Developer, Finance and Property Administration Directorate office on the 3rd floor on or before 09 November 2026 at 2:00 PM. Bids submitted after this deadline will not be accepted. The bid shall be opened on 09 November 2026 at 2:30 PM at Ija Hall in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives.

6. A complete set of bidding documents in English can be purchased from the above office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 300.00 (Three Hundred Birr).

7. Ija Developer Reserved the right to reject all or part of bids.
