1. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ አለው፡፡ 2. ጨረታው ከተከፈተበት ሰዓት አንስቶ ባለው 2 ሰዓት ውስጥ መቅረብ private Key አለበት፡፡ 3. ሲፒኦ ጨረታው ከመከፊቱ 24፡00 ሰዓት ቀደም ብሎ በአካል ማቅረብ ግዴታ ነው፡፡ 4. የሥራ ትዕዘዙ እንዲቀርብልን ሲጠየቅ የሚታዘዝ መሆኑን አስቀድመን እንገልፃለን፡፡
