 ተጫራቾች ዋጋ ለሚሰጡበት ዕቃ በሙሉ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ናሙና/Sample/ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡  አሸናፊ የሚሆነው ተጫራች ድርጅት ያሸነፋቸውን ዕቃዎች በሙሉ በሳምፕሉ/ በናሙናው መሰረት ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡  አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች በሳምፕሉ መሰረት ያልቀረቡትን ዕቃዎች ተመላሽ ተደርገው አስተካክለው ማምጣት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡  ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡  ተጫራቾች ለሚያቀርቡት ዕቃዎች በሙሉ የ 3 አመት ዋስትና ማቅረብ አለባቸው  ለመሬት ምንጣፍ ፐርኬ ሳምፕል መቅረብ አለበት  ላተራል ፋይል ካቢኔት ላይ ለምትወዳደሩ ድርጅቶች የምታቀርቡትን ላተራል ፋይል ካቢኔት በድርጅቱ ባለሙያዎች በአካል ግምገማ የሚደረግ ይሆናል
