Audit Report Bidder has to submit financial statements certified by an independent auditor as required in ITB Clause 15.2(a) for the period specified in Section 3, Evaluation Methodology and Criteria Reference: 33.5(a)
VAT registration certificate Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4. 6(b)(ii) Reference: 33.2(e)

Partnerships, Consortium or Joint Ventures Partnerships agreement

In the case of a bid submitted by a Partnerships, Consortium or Joint Ventures PARTNERSHIPS, CONSORTIUM, OR JOINT VENTURES the Bidder has to submit the Form Data on Joint Ventures, the Agreement governing the formation of joint venture, or letter of intent to form partnerships, consortium, or joint ventures PARTNERSHIPS, CONSORTIUM, OR JOINT VENTURES, including a draft agreement, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.1.
