ማሳሰቢያ፣ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ኦርጅናሉን ሀርድ ኮፒ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአምቦ ከተማ አምቦ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ሪፈራል ሆስፒታል ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን ኦርጅናል ሀርድ ኮፒውን ያላቀረበ ድርጅት ሙሉ በሙሉ ከውድድር ውጭ ይሆናል፡፡ አሸናፊ የሆነው ድርጅት አገልግሎቱን የሚሰጡበት ቦታ አምቦ ከተማ በአምቦ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ሪፈራል ሆስፒትል ግቢ ውስጥ ይሆናል፡፡ ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
