Ija Developer is inviting national competitive bids for the annual purchase of food, fresh bazaars, beverages, and sanitary materials to be delivered to Ija Langano resort, Ija Wabeshebele resort (Negele Arsi), and Boku natural steam (Adama).

INVITATION FOR NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID

1. Ija Developer has secured a budget for the purchase of food, fresh bazaars, beverages and sanitary materials for its resorts/hotels or natural steam service. The delivery of these materials will be at Ija Langano resort and Ija Wabeshebele resort found in Negele Arsi on Langano lakes and Boku natural steam in Adama town around 5km away from the town.

Therefore, the eligible bidders from the related Food and fresh bazaars, Beverage and Sanitary materials who want to compete in the bid can participate in the open bid.

2. The Annual purchase of these materials and or services were categorized in three Lots:

• Lot I: -Food and Fresh Bazaars
• Lot II: -Beverage
• Lot III: -Sanitary Materials

Hence, interested bidders who can fulfill the criteria, and the following legal documents can participate in the bid: -

A. Have license related to Event Organizing from authorized body

B. Renewed trade/business license for 2018/19 E.C

B. Recent Tax clearance

C. TIN certificate

D. VAT certificate

E. Certificate of competence from the Concerned Authorities

F. Other related documents

3. Obligatory to provide bid security of birr 20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand) for Each Lot One and Lot Three and birr 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand) for Lot Two in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank guarantee in the name of Ija Developer.

4. Bidders shall deliver bid documents (both original and one copy of technical and financial documents) to Ija Developer, Finance and Property Administration Directorate office on the 3rd floor on or before 17 November 2026 at 2:00 PM. Bids submitted after this deadline will not be accepted. The bid shall be opened on 17 November 2026 at 2:30 PM at Ija Hall in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives.

5. A complete set of the soft copy the bid documents in English can be purchased from the above office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 300.00 (Three Hundred Birr).

6. Ija Developer Reserved the right to reject all or part of bids.
