Rammis Bank S.C. invites eligible and interested bidders to submit sealed bids for the supply of different goods and services

NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB) TENDER REF.NO: RB/OT/024/2026/27

1. Rammis Bank S.C. invites eligible and interested bidders to submit sealed bids for the supply of goods and services under the following Lots:

2. Interested and eligible bidders may purchase and collect the bidding documents starting from November 2, 2026, from the Facility and Procurement Department, 7th Floor, Rammis Bank Head Office Building, located in front of the Oromia Regional State President's Office.

Bidders shall pay a non-refundable fee of ETB 300 (Three Hundred Birr only) for each lot into the designated account at Rammis Bank, Finfina Branch, and submit a copy of the credit advice slip when collecting the bidding documents.

Bidding documents may be collected during the following office hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM and 1:00 PM-5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

3. Copy of renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document.

4. Bidders participating in Lot - I shall submit a bid security of ETB 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Birr only) in the form of an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee or a Cashier's Payment Order (CPO) issued by another bank. The bid security shall remain valid for at least 120 days from the bid-opening date.

5. Bidders participating in Lot II shall submit a bid security equivalent to 2% of the total quoted bid price, in the form of an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee or a Cashier's Payment Order (CPO) issued by another bank. The bid security shall remain valid for at least 120 days from the bid-opening date.

6. The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on or before: November 12, 2026, 2:00 PM.

7. The Procurement Committee of the Bank shall open the bid transparently at the avenue of Rammis Bank, 7th floor Facility and procurement Department, as per the following schedule November 12, 2026, 2:30 PM afternoon.

8. Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above from No. 2 to 5 shall result in automatic rejection.

9. The winner Bidders must open a bank account at Rammis Bank for payment purposes.

10. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
