• Valid tax clearance certificate Having been submitted valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority (Domestic Bidders Only) in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6 Reference: 4.6

ቢሮው ጨረታውን በከፊል ወይንም ሙሉ ለሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብት በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው ፡፡ ተወዳዳሪ ድርጅቶች ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ በፊት ህጋዊ የሆነ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ (ሲፒኦ) ወይም ባንክ ጋራንት በአካል ወደ ቢሮው ማቅረብ ይኖርባችኋል፡፡ ተጫራቾች የprivate key ጨረታው ከተዘጋ በኋላ በ2 ሰዓት ውስጥ መላክ ይኖርባችኋል ፡፡ እንዲሁም አሸናፊው ድርጅት የውል ማስከበሪያ 100,000.00 /አንድ መቶ ሺ ብር ብቻ/ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል
