Qualification Requirements

• Submission of Description of the organization of the warranty offered Bidder has failed to submit Description of the organization of the warranty offered in accordance with the conditions laid down in GCC Clause 25 Reference: 37.4 (d) (ii)
• Number of staff At least staff currently work for the Bidder. Reference: 37.3 (a)
• Professional qualification and capability Bidder has to provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form information related to its professional qualification and capability for the period specified in the BDS Clause 14.1 Reference: 37.3 (b)
• Submission of documents proofing its financial standing Bidder has failed to submit other documents proofing its financial standing, as required in the BDS Clause 15.2(b) Reference: 37.5 (b)
• Submission of Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts Bidder has to submit Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts provided by contracting parties to the contracts successfully completed in the period and budget as specified in the BDS 16.3 Reference: 37.4 (c)
• Bid Submission Sheet Form Bidder has to provide in the Bid Submission Sheet Form the Statement attesting the origin of the Goods and Related Services offered Reference: 35.4
• Average annual turnover The average annual turnover for the period specified in Section 3, Evaluation Methodology and Criteria does not exceed the amount of the financial proposal of the Bid in value specified in the BDS.  Reference: 37.5 (c).
• Bidder Certification of Compliance Form Bidder has to provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form information related to its professional qualification and capability for the period specified in the Bid Data Sheet Clause 14.1 Reference: 35.3
• Submission of Financial Statements Bidder has failed to submit financial statements certified by an independent auditor as required in ITB Clause 15.2(a) for the period specified in Section 3, Evaluation Methodology and Criteria Reference: 15.2(a)
• Submission of Manufacturer Authorization Letter Bidder has failed to submit Manufacturer Authorization Letter in accordance with ITB Clause 5.6 Reference: 37.4 (d) (iii) & 5.6
• Certificates of satisfactory execution of contract Bidder has to submit Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts provided by contracting parties to the contracts successfully completed in the period and budget as specified in the Bid Data Sheet 16.3 Reference: 35.4
• Relevant contracts successfully completed certificate Bidder has to provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form information about major relevant contracts successfully completed in the number and period specified in the Bid Data Sheet Reference: 35.4
• Submission of Descriptive technical literature Bidder has to submit Descriptive technical literature in accordance with ITB Clause 17 Reference: 37.4 (d) (i) & 17

Valid Tax Clearance Certificate 

  Domestic Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);

VAT registration certificate 

 Domestic Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in Bid Data Sheet Clause 4.6(b)(ii), in accordance with ITB Clause 4. 6(b)(ii);

Relevant Professional practice certificates 

  Bidder has to submit relevant professional practice certificates if required in Bid Data Sheet Clause 4.6(b)(iv);

Valid Business license 

Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b) (i);

Technical Details 

 Bidder has to complete its Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Form in accordance with technical specification presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements and to submit the following mandatory attachments:

(i)        Bidder has to submit Descriptive technical literature in accordance with ITB Clause 17;(ii)      Bidder has to submit Description of the organization of the warranty offered in accordance with the conditions laid down in GCC Clause 25;(iii)    Bidder hasto submit Manufacturer Authorization Letter in accordance with ITB Clause 5.6.Bidder has to submit Description of a separate statement of the total life-cycle costs associated with the goods according to ITB 12.12 ; Reference: 35.4
