ሐዋሳ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ፅ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ግዥውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ CPO/Bank guarantee ጨረታ ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአካልም ሆነ በስስተም ማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት፡፡ አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት የአሸነፈዉን ዕቃ ሐዋሳ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ፅ/ቤት ንብረት ክፍል የማስገባት ግዴታ አለበት፡፡ ጨረታ ከመከፈቱ በፊት የራሳችዉን private key በስስተም shared ማደርገ አለበት፡፡
