የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር 90,000.00 ኦርጅናል ሀርድ ኮፒው በአካል አቅርብው የማስያዝ አለባቸው፤ ኦርጅናል ሀርድ ኮፒ ያላስያዙ ተጫራቾች ሙሉ በሙሉ ከውድድር ውጭ ይሆናሉ፡፡ ጥቃቅንና አነሰተኛ ድርጅቶች የሚያቀርቡት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ደብዳቤ የነበረው ቀሪቶ COP ወይም Bind Bond ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡ ይህንን ያላመጣ ተቀባይነት የሌለው ስለሆነ ይህንን ያላሟላ ድርጅቶች ሙሉ በሙሉ ከውድድር ውጭ ይሆናሉ፡፡
