Terms and Conditions

1. The University has the right to cancel the bid fully or partially. (ዩኒቨርሲቲው ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብት አለው።) 2. Bidders are required to provide a bank guarantee of 100,000 birr in person. (ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን 100,000 ብር የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም ሲፒኦ በአካል ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡) 3. Bidders must submit their Private Key number before to the bid opening date. (አቅራቢዎች የጨረታ መለያ ቁጥራቸውን ከጨረታ መክፈቻው ቀን ቀድመው መላክ አለባችው።) 4.አቅርቦቱ እስከ ሰኔ 30/2019 ዓ/ም ድረስ ነው፡፡ 5. የዋጋ ማሻሸያ አይደረግም ፡፡ 6. አሸናፊው ድርጅት ከምግብ ቤት በሚቀርበው ትዛዝ መሰረት ማቅረብ አለበት ገቢ የሚሆነው በተቋመው ኮሚቴ መረጋገጥ ሲችል ነው፡፡
