• የንግድ ምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት ወይም የንግድ ፈቃድበተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ሐ) መሠረት የውጭ ሀገር ተጫራች ሆኖ ከተቋቋመበት ሀገር የንግድ ምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት ወይም የንግድ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ ሳይችል ሲቀር፣Reference: 4.6 (ሐ)

የጨረታ ማስከበርያ በ cpo 100,000.00 ብር ነው ለሁሉም ዕቃዎች ናሙና ማቅረብ ግዴታ ነው ፡፡ ቢሮው የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡ በኤሌትሪክ እቃዎች ላይ የሚጫረቱ ተጫራቾች በኤሌትሪክ የሚሰሩ ዕቃዎች ዘርፍ ሊኖራቸው ይገባል፡፡
