ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለውን አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ተጨራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያዉን ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ኦርጅናሉን በአካል ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ ተጫራቾች ሠነዶችን በe-GP ስሲተም ላይ በግልጽ አንደምታይ ፣ በትክክል ፣ መሙላትና ማያያዝ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ዋጋ የሚሞሉት የአንዱን ዋጋ እና ጠቅላላ ዋጋ ከቫት በፊት እና ቦኃላ በግልጽ ሁኔታ ሞልተዉ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ ተጫራቾች ጨረታ ከመከፈቱ በፊት መክፈቻ ቁልፉን /key share /በስስተሙ መላክ አለበቸዉ፡፡ ተጫራቹ ለተማሪዎች ቀለብ የሚሆነውን የበሬ ሥጋ ባሸነፈው መሰረት እስከ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለባቸዉ፡፡
