• የተጨማሪ እሴት የምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት በጨረታ ዝርዝር መረጃ ሠንጠረዥና በተጫራቾች መመሪያ ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4.6 (ለ) (ii) መሠረት የሀገር ውስጥ ተጫራች ሆኖ በታክስ ባለሥልጣን የተሰጠ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታከለ የምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት ማቅረብ ሳይችል ሲቀር፣  Reference: 4.6 (ለ) (ii)
• የጨረታ ዋጋ ዝርዝር ሠንጠረዥ ተጫራቹ ያቀረበው የጨረታ ዋጋ በጨረታ ዝርዝር መረጃ ሠንጠረዥ አንቀጽ 12 መሠረት ካልሆነ፣ Reference: 37.5 (መ)

 መስርያ ቤቱ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ይሁን ሙሉ ለሙሉ የመረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ፡፡  ማንኛውም ተጫራች ጨረታው እንደተዘጋ የመጫረቻ ቁልፉን /Key share/ እስከ መዝግያ ሰአት መላክ አለባቸው በተጨማሪም ሲ.ፒ.ኦ / በአካል / ቢሮ ድረስ ማቅረብ አለባቸው እነዚህን መረጃዎች ሳያሟላ የሚመጣ ማኛውንም ተጫራች የማናስተናግድ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን ፡፡
