1.ዩኒቨርስቲዉ ጫረታዉን ሌላ አማረጭ ካገኜ ጫረታዉን በሙሉ ወይም በከፍል የመሰረዝ መፍቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡ 2.ማንኛዉ ተወዳዳረ በጫረታዉ ሰነድ ላይ የተጠየቀዉን ሁሉ በስስተሙ ላይ ያልኣቀረቤ ከዉድድሩ ዉጭ ይሆናል፡፡ 3.የማይነበብና ግልጽ ያልሆኑ የተዘበራረቄ ሰነድ ተቀባይነት የለዉም፡፡ 4.ሥጋዉ የምረከብበት ቦታ በዩኒቨርስቲዉ የተዘጋጄ ቦታ ሆኖ በምሰራበት ቀን በተመደቡ ቴክንካል ኮሚቴ በኪሎግረም ተመዝኖ የምረከብ ይሆናል፡፡ 5.የስጋዉ ሁኔታ፡- ጥራቱን የጠበቀ ንፀህ ጥሬ ሥጋ ሆኖ ተረፈ ምርቱ አቅራቢዉ በረሱ ሐላፍነት ሁነታዉን የምያመቻች ይሆናል፡፡ 6..የጫረታ ማስከበረያ CPO/bid bond/የተደራጁ ከሆኔ ሕጋዊ ደብዳቤ የጫረታ ሰዓቱ ከመለቁ በፍት ከአንድ ቀን ቀደም ብሎ በደምቢዶሎ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ቢሮ ቁጥር 402 በአከል በመገኘት ማስመስገብ አለበት፡፡
