Terms and Conditions

1.The Service reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids, at any time prior to award of contract without there by incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders or any obligation to inform the affected bidder or bidders on the ground for the company’s action. 2.Bidders shall submit a scanned original of the unconditional bid security on eGP, the original shall be submitted before bid closing time manually and the amount of bid security is 2% of the total price of the quoted items. However, the maximum bid security is 2,000,000 ETB or equivalent currency. Bid security from insurance company is not acceptable. 3. If the bidder is a sole bidder for any of the quoted items there will be a price negotiation between the bidder and EPSS before awarding.
