• Certificate from the competent Regulatory Authority (RA)1.Bidders with valid EFDA product registration certificate (Valid GMP or GMP Exemption letter for local manufacturers) will be given a first priority.2.Valid EFDA GMP certificate/GMP waiver/GMP exemption letter will be given second Priority.3.Valid (renewed) SRA / US FDA certificate/WHO prequalification certificate will be given third priority.NB: A .For the following items GMP with commitment letter and application letter to be registered at EFDA will also be given 1st priority.B. EPSS will consider the pack size that best suits its operational need in addition to the one stated on the bid document.Reference: 36.4(d)(iv)

1.The Service reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids, at any time prior to award of contract without there by incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders or any obligation to inform the affected bidder or bidders on the ground for the company’s action. 2.Bidders shall submit a scanned original of the unconditional bid security on eGP, the original shall be submitted before bid closing time manually and the amount of bid security is 2% of the total price of the quoted items. However, the maximum bid security is 2,000,000 ETB or equivalent currency. Bid security from insurance company is not acceptable. 3.The unit price shall be quoted for EPSS unit pack size.
