BGI Ethiopia a large-scale brewery and beverage production wing of Group Castel intends to procure different types of Employees Work wear (Uniform) & Industrial Safety Shoes through open tender.

• Lot one:- Employees Work wear (Uniform)
• Lot two:- Industrial Safety Shoes

1. Other details of requirements can be referred from bid document upon collection Starting from 06th of April 2026, from BGI Ethiopia Mexico next to Tegbareid polytechnic college, procurement Department 3rd floor,

2. The bid document shall be collected during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:30 AM-4:30 PM by presenting Copy of renewed 200 Birr bank deposit slip in the name of BGI Ethiopia through Awash Bank Account No. 01304350046300 & renewed Trade License in similar field. TIN Certificate and VAT registration Certificate.

3. Eligibility Criteria for Lot One: Employees Work wear (Uniform) - must be a textile or garments manufacturers' that can produce locally.

4. Bidders are expected to state lot number, direct line phone number, cell phone number, and e-mail address of their organization correctly while collecting bid documents. Failure in receipt of bid communication due to incorrectness of the above will not be the responsibility of BGI.

5. Failure to comply with any of the conditions from 2 to 4 above shall result in automatic rejection.

6. Bidders shall submit their bid proposal in BGI Ethiopian building, procurement department 3rd floor in the bid box, on or before April 23rd, 2026, 4:30 PM.

7. Bidders shall submit 100,000 ETB CPO or equivalent amount bank guarantee bid bond with their financial offer in the name of "BGI Ethiopia Plc".

8. Bidders shall submit their Technical and Financial offer using the templet provided on the bid document and in a sealed envelope, failure to do is subject to rejection.

9. The winner will be communicated and awarded after making technical and financial evaluations and due diligence compliance adherence.
