Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i);

Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(ii)

Bidder has to register itself in the electronic government procurement system as suppliers list (mandatory for all bidders ) in accordance with ITB Clause 4.7

Professional Qualification

Bidder has failed to provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form information related to its professional qualification and capability for the period specified in the BDS Clause 14.1;

  • Terms and Conditions: 1. Finger Print Attendance Machine ዋጋ በምትሞሉበት ወቅት የጣት አሻራ ማሺን ዕቃዉ፣ በጣት አሻራ ማሺን ላይ የሚጫኑ ሶፍት ዌሮች፣ የኢንስታሌሺን፣ የሰራተኞች ስልጠና እና ሌሎች ተያያዥ ወጪዎችን መሰረት በማድረግ ወቅታዊ የገበያ ዋጋዉን እንድትሞሉ እያሳሰብን በተናጥል የሚሞሉ ዋጋዎች ተቀባይነት የሌላቸዉ እና ከጨረታዉ ዉድድር ዉጪ መሆናቸዉን እንገልፃለን።
  • 2. የጨረታ ማስከበረያ በModjo Customs Branch Office / ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት በሚል መሰራት ይኖርበታል።
  • 3. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ከሆነ ከአደራጀዉ መ/ቤት የገንዘቡ መጠን ተጠቅሶ እና በሚመለከተዉ የመስሪያ ቤቱ በበላይ አመራር ተፈርሞ መቅረብ አለበት። የገንዘቡ መጠን ያልተጠቀሰ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ተቀባይነት አይኖረዉም።
  • 3. የጨረታ ማስከበረያ e-GP ሲስተሙ ላይ ስካን ተደርጎ መጫን/Attach/ ማድረግ ይኖርባችዋል።
  • 4. የጨረታ ማስከበረያ ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ ከ30 ደቂቃ በፊት ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ግዥ ክፍል 4ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 421 ማስረከብ ይኖርበታል።
  • 5. አሸናፊ ድርጅት ዕቃዉ ማስረከቢያ ቦታ ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ይሆናል።
  • 6.የእቃ ናሙና የሚታየሁ የተጫራች ድርጅት ባለበት ሲሆን የቅ/ጽ/ቤታችን የቴክኒክ ኮሚቴ እና የመረጃ ቴክኖሎጂ ባለሙያዎች ለማየት ሲመጡ ሳምፕል/ናሙና ማሳየት ይጠበቅባችዋል። ሳምፕል/ናሙና ያላሳየ ተጫራች ወደ ቀጣይ ውድድር አያልፍም።
  • 7. ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም ከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
