- Terms and Conditions: Tendering term of conditions. 1. የጨረታ ማስከበረያ Modjo Customs Branch Office/የሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት በሚል መሰራት ይኖርበታል፡፡ 2. የጨረታ ማስከበረያ e-GP ሲስተሙ ላይ ስካን ተደርጎ መጫን/Attach/ ማድረግ ይኖርባችዋል፡፡ 3. በጨረታ ለይ የሚቀረቡ ዕቃዎች በጨረታ ላይ በተጠቀሰው ስፔስፊክሽን መሠረት ደረጃውን እና ጥራቱን የጠበቀ መሆን ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ 4. የጨረታ ማስከበረያ ከጨረታ ከመከፈቱ ከ30 ደቂቃ በፊት ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ግዥ ክፍል 4ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 421 ማስረከብ ይኖርባችዋል፡፡ 5. የዕቃዉ ሳምፕል ተጨራች ድርጅት ባሉበት የሚታይ ስለሆነ መ/ቤት ቴክኒክ ኮሚቴ ለማይት ሲመጡ ሳምፕሉን ማሳያት ይጠበቅባቸዋል ሆኖ ግን ሳምፕል ያላሳዬ ተጫራች ውድቅ ይደረጋል፡፡ 6. በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ማህበራት ላይ የተደራጁ ድርጅቶች ከሆናችሁ የጨረታ ማስከበረያ ድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ከሆነ ካደራጀው መ/ቤት በላይ ኃላፊ ተፈርሞ ጨረታ ማስከበረያ ብር መጠን የተገለጸበትና እርጥብ ማህተም የተደገበት መሆን አለበት፡፡ 7. አሸናፊ ድርጅት ዕቃዎችን ማስረከቢያ ቦታ ሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ይሆናል፡፡ 8. ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በክፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
