1.መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታዉን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡2.key በሳአቱ መላክ አለባቸው።3. ማንኛውም ተጫራች ናሙና (sample) ማምጣት አለበት፡፡4. ማንኛዉም ከጥቃቅን እና አነስተኛ መ/ቤት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያም ሆነ የዉል ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ደብዳቤ የሚያቅርብ ከሆነ ደብዳቤዉ በአደራጁ መስሪያ ቤት ኃላፊ መፈረም አለበት ይህ ካልሆነ ከዉድድር ዉጭ ይሆናል፡፡ 5.ማንኛዉም ተጫራች ያሸነፈበትን እቃ EHIS ጭኖ የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት፡፡ 6.እያንዳንዱ ተጫራች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትን በአካል ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ 7.የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በአካል ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ከዉድድር ዉጭ ይሆናል፡፡
