  • Terms and Conditions: ማሳሰቢያ መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ 1,ማንኛውም በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚፈልግ ተጫራች የሚከተሉትን የህጋዊነት ማረጋገጫ ሰነዶች ማሟላት ይኖርባቸዋል፡- በዘርፉ ወይም በመስኩ የታደሰ የንግድ ስራ ፈቃድ፣ የንግድ ምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት፣ የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር ሰርተፍኬት፣ የቫት ወይም የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት፣ በጨረታ መወዳደር የሚያስችል የዘመኑን ግብር የተከፈለበትን ታክስ ክሊራንስ) ማረጋገጫ ሰርተፍኬት እና በጨረታ ሰነድ ላይ የተጠየቁትን ማስረጃዎች በሙሉ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ መሆን አለባቸው፡፡ 2,ማንኛውም ተጫራች ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት Tender key share / ቴንደር ኪ ሼር / ማድረግ አለበት ነገር ግን መክፈቻ ቁልፍ ሳይልኩ ቀርተው ጨረታው ሳይከፈት ቢቀር መ/ቤቱ ሃላፊነቱን አይውስድም፡፡ 3,ማንኛውም ተጫራች ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ሲ.ፒ .ኦ በአካል ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ 4,የክፍያ ሁኔታ አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት ያሸነፈዉን እቃ ሙሉ በሙሉ አገልግሎት መስጠቱ በባለሙያ ከተረጋገጠ በኋላ ክፍያዉ የምንፈፅም ይሆናል፡
