ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና (Bid Security) ብር 10,000.00 (አስር ሺህ ብር) በe-GP ሲስተም ማያያዝ እንዳለ ሆኖ ዋናውን በአካል አባይ ማዶ ቀበሌ 11 ዘመን ኮንስትራክሽን ቢሮ ጎን በሚገኘው ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን 3ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 306 ግዥ ክፍል ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ ማሳሰቢያ፡-ዋጋ እንዲሰጥባቸው የተዘረዘሩ ዕቃዎች በሙሉ ዋጋ መስጠት ያስፈልጋል ነገር ግን ተጫራቹ ዋጋ እንዲሰጥባቸው ከተዘረዘሩ ዕቃዎች ውስጥ ዋጋ ያልሰጠባቸው ዕቃዎች ቢኖሩ ዕቃዎችን በነፃ ለማቅረብ ተስማምቷል፡፡አሸናፊው ድርጅት የህትመት ስራዎችን ለሁለት ዓመት የህል ለመስራት ፈቃደኛ መሆን አለበት፡፡መስሪያቤቱ ጨረታዉን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡
