valid tax clearance certificate	Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);
valid business license	Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i);
VAT registration certificate	Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(ii)

Terms and Conditions: 1. ተጫራች የሚወዳደሩበትን ምርት ላይ የተጠየቀዉን ስፔስፊኬሽን የሚያሟላ ናሙና (ሳምፕል) ንፋስ ስልክ በሚገኘዉ የኮሚሽኑ ዋና መስሪያቤት ስትራቴጅክ ሎጅስቲክስ አቅርቦትና አስተዳደር መሪ ሥራ አስፈጻሚ ቢ.ቁ 31 ጨረታዉ ከሚዘጋበት ቀን በፊት ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል ሳምፕል ከሌለዉ ከዉድድር ዉጭ ይሆናል፡፡ 2. በጨረታ መክፍቻ ሰዓት ጨረታዉ እንዲከፈት የመክፈቻ ቁልፍ ሳያጋሩ ቀርተዉ ክልተከፈተ መስሪያቤቱ ኃላፊነት የለበትም፡፡ 3. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲፒኦ ሲስተሙ ላይ ስካን አድርገዉ የሚያስገቡት እንደተጠበቀ ሆኖ ኦርጅናሉን ቢ.ቁ 31 ማቅረብ አለባቸዉ፡፡ 4. መስሪያቤቱ ጨረታዉን በሙሉም ይሁን በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት አለዉ፡፡ (The commission has the right to reject the bid in whole or partially)
