Call for Expression of Interest in Audit Service

Ipas is a non-profit making organization working to improve women's lives by focusing on improving access to information and services to basic sexual and reproductive health across the globe. Since the year 2000, Ipas Ethiopia has been collaborating with the Ministry of Health (MOH), Regional Health Bureaus(RHBS), Community Based Organizations (CBOs) and variouslocal and international partners to reduce maternal mortality and morbidity resulting from unwanted pregnancy and unsafe abortion.

Ipas Ethiopia would like to invite certified chartered accountants registered with the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE) to perform an annual audit of our books of account for the year ending June 30, 2026. Qualified audit firms are required to submit the technical and financial proposal and to fulfill the following legal criteria.

1. A renewed professional license from AABE
2. Value added tax certificate and tax identification number
3.  Renewed Business license for the year 2017
4.  Adequate and experienced personnel
5.  Experience with international NGOs
6. Familiarity with United States GAAP
