INVITATION TO BID (ITB)

Selam Children Village(SCV)- invites eligible and qualified external audit firms to submit sealed Technical and Financial Proposals for the provision of External Financial Audit Services.

1. Eligibility Requirements

Bidders must meet the eligibility and qualification criteria specified in the Terms of Reference (TOR). including, valid business license for the current year, Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and VAT registration certificate

2. Access to Bid Documents

Interested and eligible bidders may collect the complete set of bidding documents from SCV's Finance and Facility Department, starting from the date of first publication of this notice in The Reporter newspaper

3. Submission of Proposals

Bidders shall submit:

• One (1) original and two (2) copies of the Technical Proposal
• One (1) original and two (2) copies of the Financial Proposal

Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted in separate, sealed envelopes.

4. Evaluation Procedure

Only bidders who meet the minimum technical qualification criteria will have their Financial Proposals opened.

Financial Proposals of technically non-responsive bidders will be returned unopened.

 5. Bid Opening

Technical Proposals shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend, on the 10th day after publication of this invitation notice

6. Language

All bid documents and submissions shall be prepared in English.

7. Submission Deadline

Bids must be submitted within 10 days from the date of publication of this notice, no later than 10:00 AM (local time) in the morning.

8. Right to Accept or Reject

9. SCV reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason.
