- ተጫራቾች አስር ሽህ ብር (10,000) የሚይዝ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ማያያዝ እና ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአካል ማምጣት አለባቸዉ::
- technical private key በሰዓቱ ያላኩ ተጫራቾች መስሪያ ቤቱ ተጠያቂ አለመሆኑን እንገልፃለን::
- መ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን በከፊል ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው::
- ጨረታው ከወጣበት ጊዜ ጀምሮ 10 የስራ ቀናት ከቆየ በኃላ በ11ኛ ቀን ለጠዋቱ 4.00 ተዘግቶ 4.30 ይከፈታል::
- የጨረታው መክፈቻ ቀን ቅዳሜና ዕሁድ ከሆነ በቀጣይ በስራ ቀን በተጠቀሰው ዓትና ይሆናል::
- እቃው በጥራት ኮሚቴ በቦታው የሚተየ ይሆናል
