Terms and Conditions: 1. ቢሮው ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት አለው። 2. ተጫራቹ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት የመጀመሪያውን CPO/ተመሳሳይ ሰነዶችን በአካል ለቢሮው ማቅረብ እና የናሙናው ቁሳቁስ ለቢሮው መቅረብ አለበት። 3. ተጫራቾች ግልጽ የሆኑ የሰነድ ማስረጃዎችን በግልጽ ማያያዝ አለባቸው። 4. ቁሳቁስ ኦሪጅናል (እውነተኛ) መሆን አለበት። 5. አሸናፊው እቃውን በትራንስፖርት ወደ ኦሮሚያ ትምህርት ቢሮ ማድረስ አለበት። 1.The Bureau has the right to cancel the bid fully or partially. 2.The bidder should summit Hard copy of the original CPO/its equivalents in person to the Bureau before bid opening and the sample material should summit to Bureau. 3.Bidders should attach clear documentary evidences in a clear way. 4.The material must be original(genuine) 5.The winner must deliver the material by his/her transport to the Oromia Education Bureau .
