የመስሪያ ቤቱ ከቴክኒክ ኮሚቴ በአካል ቦታው ድረስ መጥተው የሆቴሉን እስታንዳርድ ስለሚመለከቱ  ማንኛውም ተወዳዳረዎች  ሆቴሉን የማሳየት ግዴታ አለበት ፡፡ይህ ያላደረገ ተጫራች ከውድድሩ ውጪ ይሆናል ፡፡

  • መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።

የሆቴሎቹ የውድድር መስፈርት

ሀ/ ባለ 5 ኮከብ ደረጃ ያላቸው ሆቴሎች መሆን አለበት።

ለ/ እስከ 300 እና ከዚያ በላይ ተሳታፊ የሚይዝ ዘመናዊ የመሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ ያላቸው።

ሐ/ ከ15-200 ሰዎችን የሚይዝ አነስተኛ የስብሰባ አዳራሾች ያላቸው።

መ/ የተሟላ የድምጽ እና ኤሌክትሪክ ሲስተም ያላቸው።

ሠ/ የአልጋ ብዛት 100 ሰዎችን የሚያስተናግድ ወይም out Source የሚያደርጉም ከሆነ በተመሳሳይ ደረጃ ለሚገኝ የሆቴል አገልግሎት መስጠት የሚችል።

ረ/ ለአዳራሽ አገልግሎቱ የሚያስፈልጉ ፕሮጀክተር፣ፕሮጀክተር ስክሪን፣ማስታወሻ ደብተር እና እስክሪብቶ የመሳሰሉትን ግብዓት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ።

ሰ/ በቂ የሆነ የመኪና ማቆሚየ ሥፍራ ያላቸው።

ሸ/ ደረጃውን የጠበቀ ጥራት ያለው የምግብና የመጠጥ አገልግሎት መስጠት የሚችሉ።

ቀ/ ለምግብ እና ለሪፍሬሽመንት አገልግሎት የሚሰጥበት የመመገቢያ ስፍራዎች ለአመራሮች የVIP ቦታ ያለው እና ለደህንነት ምቹ የሆነ እንዲሆም ለስብሰባ ተሳታፊዎች አመቺ የሆነ የመመገቢያ ስፍራ መሆን አለበት።

በ/ ሆቴሉ የሚገኙበት አካባቢ ከዋናው መንገድ በጣም ያልራቀ፣ለትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት ምቹ የሆነ ቦታ ላይ ያለ መሆን አለበት።

ተ/ ለፍርድ ቤቱ የበላይ አመራሮች፤ለክቡር ዳኞች እና ሌሎች ባለድርሻ አካላት ደህንነት አመቺና አስተማማኝ መሆን አለበት።
