Bidder has to submit at least 5,000,000ETB (five Million) credit facility amount to Borana university

the bidder have to submit the Average annual turnover in Amount 1000000

With in last two years the Bidder has to submit at least 2 years of financial statements certified by an independent auditor as required in ITB Clause 15.2(a) for the period specified.

The bidder has to present 250,000ETB(Two hundred Fifty thousand birr) bid security amount by the name of Borana. university.

Bidder's have nationality in accordance with ITB Sub-Clause 4.2.

Bidder is found to have a conflict of interest as described in ITB Sub-Clause 4.3

Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);

Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(ii)

Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i);

Bidder has to complete its Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Form in accordance with technical specification presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements .

Bidder has to provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form information about major relevant contracts successfully completed at least 30,000,000(Thirty million birr) amounts as general experience and 15,000,000(Fifteen thousand million) as specific experience in the number and period specified with in the last two yrs

Bidder has to submit dated Delivery and Completion Schedule presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements
