እያንዳንዱ ተጫራች ኦርጅናል የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በአካል ኮሚሽኑ ግዥ ክፍል ድረስ የማቅረብ ግደታ አለበት ፡፡ በአካል ማቅረብ ያልቻለ ተጫራች ከዉድድር ዉጪ ይሆናል፡፡ ኮሚሽኑ የተሸለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡ site visit ግደታ ነዉ፡፡
