  • Terms and Conditions:  በጨረታው የሚሳተፉ ተጫራቾች የሚወዳደሩበት አቅርቦት በዘርፉ የንግድ ስራ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፤  ተጫራቾች ለሚወዳደሩበት አቅርቦት ጥራት ያለውን እቃ ማቅረብ የሚጠበቅባቸው በተለይ የመኪና ጎማ ኦሪጅናል የሆነ ጠንካራ ምርት መሆን ይጠበቅበታል፤ የመኪና ሽቶ በተለያየ ፍሌቨር የሚቀርብ እንዲሁም ፖሊሽ በመስፈርቱ ላይ በተጠቀሰው ከለር መቅረብ ይጠበቅበታል፤  የጨረታው አሸናፊ ያሸነፈባቸውን እቃዎች የማጓጓዣና ተያያዥ ወጪዎችን ሸፍኖ ገቢዎች ሚ/ር ድሬዳዋ ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤት ቅጥር ግቢ ድረስ ማምጣት የሚጠበቅበት ሲሆን ተጫራቾች ይህን ከግምት ውስጥ በማስገባት እንዲወዳደሩ ይጠበቃል፡፡ የጨረታው አሸናፊ መ/ቤቱ በሚመድበው ሰራተኛ ስለትክክለኛነታቸው አስመርምሮ ያስረክባል፡፡ የተሰነጠቀ፣ ያገለገለ፣ የተጨማደደ፣ የጎደለ፣ ወይም ከመስፈርት (specification) ውጪ የሆኑ እቃዎች አቅራቢው በራሱ ወጪ ይመልሳል፡፡ ከዚህም በላይ በመጫን እና በማጓጓዝ ሂደት ለሚፈጠረው በእቃው ላይ ለሚደርሰው ጉዳት አቅራቢው ኃላፊነቱን ይወስዳል፡፡  መ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በሕግ የተጠበቀ ነው፤
