CPO በአካል ማምጣት አለባቹ ከጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ የሚቀርበው የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ዋስትና የተሰጠበትን የገንዘብ መጠን በመጥቀስ ማህበራቱን ባደራጃቸው መ/ቤት በበላይ ኃላፊ የተፈረመ መሆን አለበት፡ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ለሁሉም እቃ ሳንፕል ማቅረብ አለባ ቹ
