  • Terms and Conditions: ኮሚሽኑ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሆነ ተጫራች የኮር ኣይ 5 ዴስክ ቶፕ ኮምፒዩተር (Desktop computer core- i5) እና የኮር ኣይ 7 ላፕቶፕ ኮምፒዩተር(laptop computer core- i7) በዝርዝር መግለጫው መሰረት የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት፡፡ ማንኛውም ተጫራች በዘርፉ(በመስኩ) የታደሰ የንግድ ስራ ፍቃድ(Valid Trade License)፣ ጊዜው ያላለፈበት በጨረታ ለመሳተፍ የሚያስችል ግብር ከሚከፍሉበት መስሪያ ቤት የሚሠጥ ከግብረ ዕዳ ነፃ ስለመሆን እና በጨረታ መሳተፍ ስለመቻል የሚሠጥ ሰነድ( Valid Tax Clearance Certificate)፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ የምዝገባ ሰርተፊኬት (Vat Registration Certificate)፣ የንግድ ምዝገባ ሰርተፊኬት(Business Organization Registration Certificate) እና በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ( Bid Security ) ብር 500,000 /አምስት መቶ ሺህ ብር/ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በሲስተምም የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት።
  • • ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በሲስተም ማቅረብ እንዳለ ሆኖ ዋናው በአካል ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ዋና መ/ቤት ቂርቆስ ክፍለ ከተማ፤ ጥላሁን ገሰሰ አደባባይ፣ ሴንጅ ዮሴፍ ት/ቤት አጠገብ ይርጋ ሃይሌ ህንጻ 4ኛፎቅ ግዥ ክፍል ማቅረብ ይጠበቅበታል። የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በአካል ካልቀረበ በሲስተም መቅረቡ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና እንደቀረበ አያስቆጥርም። በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሆነ ተጫራች አሸናፊ የሆነበትን ኮምፒውተር በዝርዝር መግለጫው መሠረት የመጫን፣ የማራገፍ፣ የማጓጓዣ እና ሌሎች ተዛማጅ ወጪዎች ቢኖሩ ወጪውን ሸፍኖ በጉምሩክ የዕቃ ማከማቻ መጋዘን ድረስ የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት። ማሳሰቢያ፡- በጨረታ አሸናፊ የሆነ ተጫራች ገቢ ላደረገው ኮምፒውተር የ1(አንድ) ዓመት ዋስትና ለመስጠት ግዴታ ገብቷል።
