የጨረታ አሸናፊ ዩኒቨርሲቲው በሚመድበው ባለሙያ አገልግሎቶን ትክክለኛነት አስመርምሮ ያስረክባል። ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፍል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው። ተጫራቾች በሙሉ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ሳምፕል (ናሙና) ማምጣት ይጠበቅባቸዋል። ናሙና ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ከውድድር ውጪ ይሆናል። የጨረታ ማስረከቢያ (CPO) በአካል ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል።
