 ፕሮግራሙ የሚቀርብበት ቀን ሀሙስ ሲሆን በኢትዮጵያ ሰዓት አቆጣጠር ከጧዋቱ 3፡00-3፡20 ድረስ /ለ20 ደቂቃ/ ነው፣  ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ የሚያዘጋጃቸውን የተለያዩ ፕሮግራሞችን እና በዓላትን ማስታወቂያ ስራ በጨረታ አሸናፊ የሆነ ድርጅት በሚዲያ ሽፋን ለማስተላለፍ ፈቃደኛ የሆነ፣  ከቅ/ጽ/ቤት በሬድዮ መተላለፍ ያለበት ማንኛውም የማስታወቂያ ሥራ ሲኖር ለማስተላለፍ ፈቃደኛ የሆነ፣  የሬድዮ ግብዓት መረጃ መሰብሰብ ወጪ ማለትም ለባለሙያው የውሎ አበል፣የሙያ አበል፣ ትራንስፖርት ወጪና ሌሎች በተጫራች የሚሸፈን ሲሆን የመረጃ ግብዓትን ከሀዋሳ ውጪ ባለሙያው መሄዶ ለሚሰበስበው በቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ የውሎ አበልና ትራንስፖርት የሚመቻች ይሆናል፣  የስርጭት አድማሱ ብዙ ቦታዎች ላይ ተደራሽ መሆን የሚችል የሬድዮ ጣቢያ መሆን 1. ደቡብ ምዕራብ ክልል፡- ጂንካ፣ ሚዛን ቴፒ፣ ዳውሮ እና ዙሪያ፣ 2. ደቡብ ክልል፡- አርባምንጭ፣ ወላይታ ሶዶ፣ ዲላ፣ ከፊል ኦርሚያ ሀገረማሪያምና እና ዙሪያ፣ 3. ማዕከላዊ ኢትዮጵያ፡- ቡታጅራ፣ ወራቤ፣ ሆሳዕና፣ ወልቂጤ እና ከፊል ኦሮሚያ ጂማና አካባቢው፣ 4. ሲዳማ ክልል ፡ ወንዶ ገነት፣ አርቤ ጎና፣ በንሳ፣ ሀገረ-ሰላም፣ ጭሬና ዙሪያ፣ 5. ከፊል ኦሮሚያ ሻሸመኔ፣ አዳባ፣ ባሌሮቤ እና አካባቢው ድረስ የስርጭት አድማስ ያለው።  መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፍልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብት አለው።  ሲፒኦ/cpo/ ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ በፊት በአካል ማቅረብ አለባቸው፣
