Oxfam GB, a UK-based International Humanitarian and Development Organization operating in Ethiopia since the 1960s, invites interested and eligible bidders (firms or individuals) to purchase used shipping containers.

This invitation is a re-advertisement following the cancellation of a previous bid process conducted by the organization.

Quantity: 9 (Nine)

Condition: Sold on "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis and as a lump sum lot (no partial bids allowed)

Location: Gerji, behind NOC Fuel Station, Oxfam Warehouse

Date: April 27,2026-May 4,2026

Time: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Bid Requirements:

• Sealed bid marked "Sale of Used Containers"
• Price offer (lump sum)
• Valid Business License & TIN (for firms) / Valid ID (for individuals)
• 2% CPO of total offer amount
• The bid shall remain valid for thirty (60) calendar days from the date of submission.

Bid Submission Deadline: 4 May 2026, 5:00 PM

• Bid documents can be collected from Oxfam in Ethiopia, Addis Ababa Office, Imperial Gerji, Bole Ring Road Street, behind Sami Building, Sub-City: Bole, Woreda 13, House No. 0054, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.
• Bidders are required to bring the original bank deposit slip when collecting the TOR document.

Bid Opening:

• The Bid opening will be carried out in the presence of all interested bidders or their representatives who have submitted their price offer, which will be 6 May 2026 at 10:00 AM at Oxfam in Ethiopia, Addis Ababa Office, Imperial Gerji, Bole Ring Road Street, behind Sami Building, Sub-City: Bole, Woreda 13, House No. 0054,
• The asset shall be awarded to the highest evaluated responsive bidder in accordance with the bid requirements.
